Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Burdogz website and any order you place through it. By ordering from us you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Cancellation Policy.
About us
Burdogz is a restaurant registered and operating in Egypt, located at Tivoli Dome Garden, Almaza, Heliopolis, Cairo.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud, or an address outside our delivery areas — any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Prices & payment
- All prices are in EGP and include what is shown at checkout: item prices, 14% VAT, and your delivery fee.
- Payment is by cash on delivery or by card through our licensed payment provider (Paymob). We never store your card details.
- We may update menu items and prices at any time before you place an order.
Vouchers & cashback
Vouchers and cashback are promotional benefits with no cash value. Cashback is credited to your phone number after your order is delivered and can only be used on future orders. We may modify or end promotional programs at any time; balances already earned will be honoured for a reasonable period.
Your account of information
You are responsible for providing an accurate phone number and delivery address. You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the website: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to disrupt its operation, and no infringing the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Burdogz name, logo, photos, and website content belong to us and may not be used without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you have a complaint, contact us first — we resolve issues quickly — and you always keep your right to refer matters to the Consumer Protection Agency.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
