Ordering & prices

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds. VAT (14%) and your delivery fee are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm — the total you see is the total you pay.

Delivery areas & fees

We deliver to selected areas around Heliopolis, Almaza, Masaken Sheraton, Ard El Golf, Hadaiq Al Qubbah, Abbasiya, and Nasr City. Your delivery fee depends on your area and is displayed at checkout. If your location is outside our delivery zones, we unfortunately can't take the order.

Delivery times

We deliver daily from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Delivery time varies with distance, weather, and kitchen load. You may also schedule an order for a later time slot at checkout.

Cancellation

Food is prepared fresh to order. You can cancel free of charge any time before we accept and start preparing your order — call us immediately. Once preparation has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, as freshly prepared food cannot be resold.

Wrong, missing, or unsatisfactory items

If anything is wrong with your order — a wrong item, a missing item, or food that isn't up to standard — contact us right away and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. That's a promise.

Refunds

Approved refunds for card payments are returned to the same card through our payment provider, with no extra charges. Cash-order refunds are settled directly with you.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and sesame. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, write it in the order notes and we'll take care.
