This policy explains how Burdogz ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you order from our website. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and — if you choose to share it — your map location so our rider can find you.
• When you pay by card: payment is processed entirely by our licensed payment provider (Paymob). We never see or store your card number.
• Automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, needed for the website to function.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To calculate your delivery fee based on your area.
• To run our cashback program — we keep a balance linked to your phone number.
• With your consent, to tell you about offers. You can opt out any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with the services that make your order work: our payment provider (for card payments) and our delivery riders (your name, phone, address, and location for the delivery only).

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for our business, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). Contact us at the restaurant and we'll take care of it.

Security

The website runs entirely over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to order data is restricted to our staff.
